Description
Perspex Acrylic Kitchen Splash Backs Black & White.
Perspex Acrylic Kitchen Splash Backs Black & White are the ideal replacement for tiles. There is no requirement for grouting, which is time consuming, costly and hard to keep clean.
All our Perspex splashbacks are CNC Router or Laser cut for an accurate, professional finish. They will arrive with protective film on both sides, so you can install your splash back and peel the front fill off after installation, ensuring your panel stays in perfect condition.
We only use branded Gloss Perspex material for all our kitchen and bathroom splash backs. Perspex is manufactured right here in the UK, and your splash back will be fabricated in house in our hi-tech Manchester factory.
Colours:
Choose from either gloss black or gloss white and a thickness of either 3mm or 5mm. Other Perspex colours are available but may be subject to minimum orders; please contact a team member if you are after a particular colour.
How to order:
You can order square/rectangular splashback by using the online calculator. This will give you an instant price and will allow you to add holes if required. Alternatively, we can cut your splash back to any shape required; select the custom shape option. You can then email us a drawing or sketch with your measurements, and we will bespoke cut your splash back to suit your exact requirements. We can also cut any socket holes that you may require. Please note our general tolerances are + or – 1mm.

Installing behind a hob:
Acrylic is a thermoplastic, so it is not recommended to be installed closer than 200mm to an open heat source such as a gas or electric hob. Induction/Ceramic hobs are usually ok, as long as there is a gap between the splash back and hob. Aluminium Composite or Dibond Sheets are a good alternative for gas/electric hobs.
Installation:
When installing a Perspex acrylic splash back, it is important to ensure that it is fitted to a white or light coloured wall. You can use a clear adhesive such a CT1. Mounting your splashback to a dark coloured wall or using white or coloured adhesive could show unsightly witness marks through it, so it is not recommended.
Cleaning:
Do not use any harsh cleaning chemicals and/or abrasive cloths or sponges to clean your splash back. Warm soapy water and a soft cloth are all that is need to keep it in perfect condition.
