Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.UK/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Goods may be returned to us if they are delivered in a defective state.

You are required to inform us immediately if it is your intention to reject the goods. You will receive email instructions about your return and subsequent refund. The return of goods will not be accepted after 14 days.

Any product with 'Your Image' printed on it, where the image to be printed has been emailed to us, supplied on CD rom or sent by file transfer services to us by the customer are deemed to be 'personalised items'. Any manufactured, custom made to order, bespoke sized products & any products that have printing or branding on or deemed to be personalised items cannot be returned.  The return of these items will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged and we are informed within the 3 working days. Any manufactured product made to order cannot be returned unless damaged.

The Company reserves the right to refuse cancellation of orders placed by customers and will refuse to accept any goods returned to the Company without prior permission. In respect of any goods returned to the Company with its permission or the cancellation of any contract which is accepted at the sole discretion of the Company the customer shall be responsible for the original cost of transport to the customer's premises, the removal of the goods and return transport, the value or materials used or work done by the Company prior to the date of cancellation, the value of all loss or damage incurred by the Company by reason of such cancellation and for an administration/restocking charge of 20% of the total value of the contract price. Personalised or custom manufactured items cannot be returned and restocked. Acceptance of any cancellation by the Company shall be without prejudice to any liabilities which shall have arisen under these conditions prior to the date of acceptance of cancellation, and are subject to the goods being returned to the Company packaged in the same manner as they were originally sent. Cancellation of the contract will only be effective when confirmed by the Company in writing.

To cancel your order and return a product to us you must contact us in writing (post or email) and inform us of the reason for the cancellation. If accepted, you will be given a returns number, any goods returned without a returns number will not be accepted and the goods shall remain the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for any costs relating to the return of goods. Goods must be returned in their original, resalable condition. All original delivery charges are none refundable.

Any goods that have been damaged in transit will require you to send us photographic evidence. From this we will decide if the goods should be returned to us, we will email you confirmation of how to proceed.

Refund Policy

Any refund that we have agreed in writing or email will be issued within 14 days of the refund agreement. Original carriage charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all carriage charges in relation to the return of product to our premises, no refund will be given for these charges.
