Do you Have a minimum order requirement?

No minimum order or maximum order is required.

Do you charge a set-up for each artwork if you do multiple banners?

GJ Plastics do not charge artwork set-up charges so that each banner can have different artwork.

Can PVC Banners be used outdoors? 

Yes, our PVC banners are waterproof and great for outdoor use. 

What is a hemmed edge? 

We added 25mm on all four edges, then folded and taped around the back. Creating a more robust banner that is less likely to tear and doubles thickness to help the eyelets grip. Please note this does not affect the overall size of the banner. 

What are Pole Pockets? 

Pole pockets allow you to hang your banner on a pole, such as a scaffolding pole or backdrop display system pole. 

How do I send my print-ready artwork? 

Please email your required artwork to info@gjplastics.co.uk, quoting your order number.

You can order online and receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can reply to this and attach your artwork, ideally in PDF format, CMYK colour mode. 

We accept up to 15MB files via email; larger files can be sent over via www.wetransfer.com 

Do you charge extra if you want multiple banners printed, each with different artwork? 

The answer is No; we do not charge for setting up artwork, so if you want ten banners, each with a different artwork, that is fine. 

What is the turnaround time for producing and delivering the Outdoor banner?  

Our standard turnaround time for producing and delivering PVC vinyl banners is typically 3-6 business days. Please let us know if you have any specific deadline or delivery requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

What is the maximum size of the PVC vinyl banner you can produce? 

The maximum size GJ Plastics can produce is 30m long by 2m wide. 

 What is the quality of the printing on the PVC vinyl banner? Is there a limit to the number of colours used in the artwork? Can the PVC vinyl banner be used indoors as well as outdoors? 

 The printing quality of the PVC vinyl banner is excellent. There is no limit to the number of colours you can use in the artwork; you can display it indoors and outdoors. 

What file formats are used for artwork submission? 

 Thank you for your question! We accept artwork submissions, File Format: PDF, EPS, Hi-Resolution JPEG. 

If you are providing a PDF, please scale to 100% or 50% 

(Please specify the size and scaling percentage on the file name and order). 

Alternatively, provide an EPS with a separate JPG visual attached or a High-resolution JPG. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
