Perspex acrylic Colour Sheet cut to size cast acrylic. GJ Plastics Ltd offers a variety of vibrant coloured cast acrylic sheets, also known as Perspex.

What are its uses?

Coloured acrylic is suitable for a wide range of applications such as shop signage, external and internal, kitchen splash-backs, shelving, point of sale displays, cladding or also a variety of interior design projects;

It is half the glass weight and impacts resistance, unaffected by sun and salt spray, offering good weathering attributes.

Acrylic Colours can be:

Laser or CNC router machined, Fabricated, Heat bent, Glued, Polished and Printing direct to the material.

How do you manufacture Perspex cast acrylic?

The monomer is mixed to the colour required. You then pour the  liquid between two sheets of high quality glass.

This is polymerised in batches in a carefully controlled manufacturing process.

Can you Recycle it?

Yes, you can be fully recycle the sheet to its raw monomer ready to make new sheet again.

This is known as a complete recycle loop.

How do I order Perspex Sheet colours?

Cut to size items we machine to a tolerance of +/- 1mm of the given size.
Put in the measurements and thickness; place the number of holes into our quote calculator if you want holes. Let us know your diameter and hole location and any put into special instructions. Or you can email a drawing over to us if you wish.

We offer a standard range of Perspex colours however, other colours are available, there are over 100 different colours.
