Light Pocket LED Kits.

Every LED Light Pocket kit we sell comes complete with high quality double sided LED light pockets. These are then supplied with 2 of our standard floor to ceiling cables and all relevant pocket clips. The light pockets are also supplied with 24V power connectors. These simple light pocket poster kits can be used to make up full window displays for Estate Agents, Recruitment Consultants, Travel Agents, Hair Dressers and Beauty salons. There is also an option to put together bespoke window display kits as we are able to mix and match sizes and orientations. We will not be beaten on price and will match any price for like to like products.

What are LED window pockets?

LED illuminated window poster pockets are a simple but effective cable display system for shop fronts and office windows. The illuminated pockets allow the poster to be viewed after dark, perfect for those long winter nights. Why buy LED window displays over non led cable or rod systems?

The traditional cable or rod systems are quite old fashioned in today’s, modern, fast paced society. Having LED poster displays, gives you a modern, sleek window display. They illuminate the posters, as well as the shop front, which really makes your premises stand out from the crowd. All our poster pockets are double sided, so they can be viewed from the inside as well as the outside. The bright and powerful, yet low voltage LEDs mean you don’t need to keep internal lighting on for security or to illuminate your shop window as the poster pocket kits will do this for you.

Are they difficult to fit?

All the LED poster kits are supplied with all the parts you require to install them, also making them very simple to fit. All power cables are already connected to the LED light pocket panels, making them easier to install. Floor to ceiling cables is supplied, which can be cut to the correct height of your window/room. Each pocket is secure to the cable with simple clips. Each LED poster pocket kit comes with a transformer plug for the correct voltage. You can also get multiple kits all wired into the same power source, please consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about any part of the installation process.

What size LED pockets do you stock?

GJ Plastics stocks a good range of LED poster window display kits. We have poster pocket kits for A4 size (297mm x 210mm), A3 size (297mm x 420mm), A2 size (420mm x 594mm) and A1 size (594mm x 841mm). The A4, A3 and A2 kits can be portrait or landscape in orientation. The A1 kits are in portrait orientation only. We can also supply mixed size and orientation kits if required, please contact us with your requirements.

What paper should I use for the posters?

There is no reason why you can’t use standard copy paper in the LED poster kits. Most office paper is around 80gsm, it is better to use a 160gsm paper if possible as you will get fewer shadows and also better print quality. Duratrans are the best medium to use, as photographic images are printed onto a translucent base, giving you very sharp, professional posters. Duratrans are specifically designed to allow just the right amount of light through them to give you the optimum display.
