Material used.

The design team after researching various materials decided that 5mm Thick Foamex would be perfect for the Foam PVC Double A5 Dump Bins.

The UV inks adhere very well to the material and we have devised methods that allow us to heat bend the products without damaging the inks.

The design team also had to ensure it looked stylish but also functional and cost effective.
