Brushed Dibond Aluminium Composite Sheet, one side is a matte finish, and the reverse is a gloss finish.
The sides are smooth and flat, making them perfect for direct printing.
The sheet has a limited rate of expansion and contraction even in extreme temperatures, so it is perfect for outdoor or indoor use.
How is the sheet made?
Brushed Dibond Aluminium Composite Sheet has two parts.
Firstly there is an extruded polyethene core.
Then this is sandwiched between aluminium skins on both sides of the core.

You can use a CNC machine, drill, rivet or screw to any surface.

We may supply any of these quality brands of aluminium composite sheets, which essentially are the same, having almost identical physical properties.
The direction of grain pattern in this material cannot be guaranteed; the sheet is optimised to provide the best cutting yield in manufacture.
The grain can end up running in either direction.
Should you require a specific direction of the grain, don’t hesitate to contact us before ordering; this may increase cost due to yield loss.
