Dibond, also known as Aluminium Composite Sheet, is manufactured with a polyethylene core covered with two aluminium sheets.
Therefore, not only are aluminium prints lightweight, but it is also rigid!

We aim to deliver your 400mm by 400mm printed Signage within 3-6 working days of artwork supplied to the correct standards.
We can print directly onto the aluminium composite panel using the latest UV flatbed printing technology. In addition, we can print in full colour, giving you high quality, perfect prints every time.
Our CNC routers can cut aluminium composite into any size or shape required; we can apply your graphics to this shape, even right up to the edges.
We can produce bespoke size panels on request; don’t hesitate to contact a team member for a quotation.
GJ Plastics is happy to make single orders, small or large bulk orders; a large quantity of our printing is through trade accounts.
To keep your printed Dibond looking immaculate for as long as possible, we recommend lamination (which we offer at an additional cost); You can choose either gloss or matt lamination, which allows your sign to last up to 2 years longer than its already long life span! Once your aluminium prints signage or site hoarding boards are installed, you can relax and not worry about your Signage for up to 6 years! Happy days!

For an additional cost (£40 per hour), our artwork team will design you excellent quality artwork for your Signage. Proofs sent throughout the design process and printing of your order will not commence until you are 100% satisfied! After all, your Signage is an integral part of your business’ brand!
