A1 Foam PVC Printing direct to 10mm thick rigid Board. The panel size is 841mm by 594mm.

We offer single or double side printing.

Additional lamination options.

You can have the printing side or sides laminated gloss or Matt; please pick from the options box.

If you wish to extend the life of your A1 Foam PVC Printing signs, then we would recommend, for an additional charge, you have either a gloss or matt laminate to protect the print further.

Are they weatherproof?

The Foam PVC boards are weatherproof, and we use UV ink for printing directly to the board.

How to supply your artwork:

You can place the order online; you will receive a confirmation email with your order number; you can then reply to this and attach your artwork, ideally in PDF format, CMYK colour mode. We can accept up to 15MB files via email; larger files can be sent over via www.wetransfer.com

Foamex board is Class 1 fire rated (BS 476: Part 7: Class 1).

The classification according to British Standards is:-

The BS 476 Part 7 measures the lateral spread of flame along the surface of the Specimen in the upright position.

How is it based?

The classification system is based on the rate and extent of the spread of the fire.

To achieve a Class 1 classification, the flame spread after 1.5 and 10 minutes must be less than 165 mm.

Foam board printing makes no difference to the fire rating.

Foam PVC board printing installation is easy. You can drill and screw to panels; alternatively, if you use it on an exhibition stand, why not attach it with Velcro.
