What is Perspex®? Essentially it is a brand name of the general term Acrylic. Think Hoover being the brand, with the general term being vacuum cleaner. Therefore Perspex® and acrylic are essentially the same thing. These floating acrylic frames are manufactured in the UK; they are not cheap imported imitations.
Your Perspex frame can be cleaned with a soft cloth or duster to remove any surface dust. Alternatively, wipe your frame with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cloths, as they can scratch or damage the surface of the Perspex.
