Our Elite Line Bending machines have 4 double beams. Each Heater Beam incorporates 8 individually tensioned, low voltage resistance heating wires.
4 are located below the material to be heated and 4 above. Heating wires are fully adjustable for spacing and height, enabling materials from 1-25mm in thickness to be heated and folded.
For larger radius bends heater beams can be brought together, forming a large uninterrupted heat band.

We also have Diamond and Flame polishing equipment available,which gives you a perfect finish to the edge of your display products.

Laser cutting acrylic requires minimal jigging and fixturing making it an ideal process for cutting pieces that are difficult to hold using mechanical cutting methods.
They are quick to set-up and so smaller production runs and one-off pieces are more practical to produce using laser cutting.

Our CNC Machines are built on a robust steel frame and use high quality ball screw drives with integral steel bearings rails.
These are fully enclosed to provide maximum protection from dust and chip contamination and to keep maintenance to a minimum. The ball screws are driven by 3 phase stepper motors on all 3 axes and are specially selected to provide smooth motion with high torque response to achieve the best possible cut finish on your components.We can produce acrylic, di-bond, foamalux and mdf products to accurate specifications.
Our CNC's will extract all of the swarf and dust from the work area making the working environment a much nicer place to work for the staff and showing that GJ Plastics Ltd are a Health Safety conscious Employer.Our CNC Technology is ideally suited for applications in the Point of Sale, Displays, sign making, where a high quality cut finish, precise dimensional tolerances or very fine engraving may be required allowing us to create fantastic, modern designs.

When it comes to cnc routing of plastics our main materials are acrylic based plastics. For sign and display work this type of material forms the bulk of our cnc routing of plastics work.
We only use acrylic the best quality acrylic available in our opinion the finest quality acrylics are Perspex and Plexiglas
These two acrylics have been tested on our CNC routing systems and we have set strategies for CNC routing these acrylics with perfect results every time.
